Crafted at Heaven Hill’s Bernheim Distillery from a unique wheated mashbill using locally grown grain, this release is all about showing you exactly what’s in the glass and where it came from. 

The 2025 (2nd Edition) is made from a mashbill of 52% corn, 35% wheat, and 13% malted barley using Beck’s 6225 corn grown by family‑owned Peterson Farms in Nelson County, Kentucky. Aged over six years at the Cox’s Creek rickhouse site and bottled at barrel proof, 106.6 proof (53.3% ABV) without chill filtration, it delivers a warm, rounded profile full of vanilla, caramel, subtle florals, and toasted nuts.
