We do not ship to locations where the sale or delivery of alcohol is prohibited. Orders placed for restricted areas will be canceled and refunded.

We are an online marketplace and marketing platform that partners with licensed and verified alcohol retailers, distributors, and fulfillment centers to process and ship customer orders.

All alcohol orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our licensed partners in compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

4. Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods listed at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent orders or those violating our Terms.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship via licensed carriers in compliance with applicable alcohol shipping laws.

  • An adult (21+) must be present to sign for deliveries.

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or legal compliance checks.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to no adult signature, additional fees may apply for re-shipping.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to alcohol laws, all sales are final unless:

  • The wrong product was shipped, or

  • The product was damaged during shipping, or

  • The product was lost in transit.

Shipping Insurance/Protection Requirement:

  • To be eligible for a refund or replacement on a damaged or lost bottle, you must have purchased shipping insurance/protection at the time of checkout.

  • Without purchased shipping insurance/protection, damaged or lost items are not eligible for refund or replacement.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or lost item (with purchased shipping insurance), contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos or carrier documentation.

7. Product Availability

We strive to keep our inventory updated; however, products may sell out before orders are processed.
If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to offer a replacement or refund.

8. Pricing & Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or pricing error from our suppliers, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
