Accelerated barrel contact using ultrasonic technology creates a distinctive profile during a six-month maturation, followed by finishing in French-oak Cabernet wine barrels previously used for Charles Woodson's wine. The finishing work takes place in San Diego.

Cabernet-like berry aromas open into a smooth bourbon palate with soft oak and fruit. Rich caramel develops in a lingering finish.
