Wiggly Bridge Small Barrel Bourbon Whiskey (750ml)

Wiggly Bridge Small Barrel Bourbon is distilled in York, Maine, and matures in new American-oak barrels with a medium toast and char. Its corn-led recipe includes a substantial rye component, giving the whiskey a lively spicy structure beneath the sweeter grain notes. Age and bottling strength have differed across releases; the supplied bottle's label governs those details.

Tasting notes

Caramel, toasted oak and nutty aromas introduce dried fruit, honey and grain sweetness. Cinnamon, pepper and sweet-tobacco impressions add depth, with a dry finish carrying oak and clove-like spice.

Serving suggestions

Serve neat or over a large cube. Fresh lemon makes a bright whiskey sour, while aromatic bitters and restrained syrup highlight the rye spice in an Old Fashioned.
