After maturation in new American oak, the straight rye whiskey finishes in pulque curado de cacao barrels, bringing together earthy agave-fermentation character, cacao and Mexican pepper accents. Each single-barrel release is bottled at barrel strength and crowned with the series' pewter pig stopper.
