About this bottle
Volans 6-Year Extra Añejo Limited Release No. 01 showcases Felipe Camarena's approach to extended tequila maturation at El Pandillo. Made from estate-grown Blue Weber agave in the Jalisco Highlands, this limited expression spent six years in American white oak barrels previously used for bourbon before bottling at 43% ABV.
Tasting Notes
Floral and dried-fruit notes meet citrus, baking spice and chocolate. Salted-caramel richness is balanced by mineral and oak character, leading to a lingering finish.
