About this bottle
UNI Organic Blanco is a small-batch tequila made from estate-grown organic Blue Weber agave. The producer describes a short rest of just under two months in oak, retaining the blanco classification while rounding the spirit's texture. Founded by Metta Risdal, UNI emphasizes an agave-led style with a crisp, aromatic finish.
Tasting Notes
Vanilla and citrus introduce the aroma, accompanied by delicate flowers. The palate combines cooked agave with bright citrus and a silky texture, finishing with floral and vanilla accents.
