Maturation in ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso Sherry casks builds a layered, fruity profile with a subtle smoky component rather than an intensely peat-led character.

Tasting Notes

Oak spice meets wild bramble and sweet blackcurrant. Hazelnut and toasted-walnut notes develop through the palate and linger on the finish, giving the fruit a rounded, nutty counterpoint.
