About this bottle

Uncharted Come Together combines two sister casks from The Speyside Distillery: a bourbon hogshead and a first-fill Oloroso sherry cask. Distilled in August 2014 and bottled in October 2024, the ten-year whisky balances delicate bourbon-cask character with richer sherry influence. It is a single malt from one distillery, not a blended malt.

Tasting Notes

Vanilla fudge, dry spice, marzipan and dark chocolate introduce the aroma. Butterscotch, candied ginger, dried apricot and blossom meet gentle oak on the palate, with flowers returning as the toffee fades.
