About this bottle
The Original Santa Fe Cask Strength is an American single malt made from mesquite-kilned malted barley and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Maturation in previously used bourbon barrels adds oak depth to its Southwestern smoke character. Bottling directly at barrel strength preserves the intensity of each batch without dilution.
Tasting Notes
Mesquite smoke and toasted oak lead the aroma, followed by caramel and baking spice. Coffee, dark chocolate, vanilla and black pepper build across a concentrated palate, with smoke and oak lingering through the finish.
