M&H Elements Peated is an Israeli single malt from the Milk & Honey Distillery in Tel Aviv. Combining whisky matured in casks previously used on Islay with ex-bourbon-matured malt, this expression balances gentle peat smoke with sweetness, fruit and warm Mediterranean character.
Tasting notes
Fresh smoke and earth meet vanilla, oak and lemon on the nose. Medium-bodied vanilla sweetness opens into ginger, citrus and a soft layer of peat, followed by a long mineral finish.
