The Lost Explorer Espadín is an artisanal Oaxacan mezcal made from agave grown for eight years before harvest. The eight-year reference describes the plant's maturity, not time spent aging the spirit in a barrel. Traditional roasting and copper distillation produce a joven expression with bright fruit and a measured smoky character.
Tasting notes
Sweet red-apple and ripe-fruit notes meet an herbal agave foundation. A mild smoky layer adds depth, with a rounded finish that keeps the fruit prominent.
