About this bottle
Cask & Spin brings The Distillarium's triticale whiskey to a higher-strength expression. Triticale, a wheat-and-rye hybrid grain, supplies a distinctive balance of softness and spice. Maturation in charred American oak and bottling without chill filtration preserve a full, richly textured profile.
Tasting Notes
Dried fig and rich caramel meet a black-tea-like depth. Grain spice and oak add structure beneath the sweeter notes, with a warming, concentrated finish.

Begin with a small neat pour, then add water gradually to adjust the strength and explore the grain and dried-fruit notes. One large ice cube is another way to soften the intensity slowly.
