About this bottle
The Block's Helluva Straight Wheat Whiskey was created in collaboration with Colorado School of Mines. Red and white wheat make up 94% of the recipe, with malted barley providing the remainder. The whiskey matures for at least two years in barrels made from seasoned oak, using a No. 3 char and toasted heads.
Tasting Notes
A soft, smooth texture carries vanilla and toasted-grain flavors. Gentle spice adds balance without the pronounced rye-driven bite found in many bourbons.
