Suerte Blanco is a traditionally made 100% Blue Weber agave tequila that preserves the freshness of its agave through slow roasting and tahona extraction. The brand slow-roasts agave for approximately 56 hours, crushes it with a tahona, double-distills in stainless and copper and rests the Blanco in stainless steel for around two months before bottling. The result is an unaged, 80-proof spirit that emphasizes cooked agave, herbs and a smooth, clean finish.
