About this bottle
Straw Boys Irish Vodka is a wheat-based vodka from the Connacht Whiskey Company. Its name refers to the masked, straw-hatted visitors associated with traditional Irish wedding celebrations. In the glass, the emphasis is on texture: an unflavored vodka with a richer, silkier feel than a sharply neutral mixing spirit.
Tasting profile
A rounded wheat character and restrained sweetness support a smooth mouthfeel. The profile stays subtle enough for cocktails while offering a gentle grain impression when served simply.

Serving suggestion
Serve well chilled, stir into a dry Martini, or combine with soda and a lemon twist. Its soft texture works especially well in simple drinks where heavy juice or syrup does not hide the vodka.
