About this bottle
Stonehouse Coconut Rum brings a tropical infusion to a full-strength Montana rum. Molasses is slowly distilled in a copper pot still, and the rum matures in once-used bourbon barrels before an infusion of toasted organic coconut and vanilla beans. At 40% ABV, it retains the structure of a rum rather than a lower-proof coconut liqueur.
Flavor Profile
Toasted coconut and vanilla lead, supported by the depth of a molasses-based, barrel-matured rum. The combination is suited to tropical cocktails where both the coconut and the spirit should remain noticeable.
