About this bottle
Spirit Works Four Grain Straight Bourbon combines two pot-distilled bourbon recipes in one balanced blend. Corn provides the foundation, with wheat, rye and barley contributing different textures and aromatic details. The California distillery bottles the expression at 90 proof, preserving grain complexity without moving into cask-strength territory.
Tasting notes
Honeysuckle and toasted-sugar aromas introduce stone-fruit notes. Browned butter, chicory and treacle-like richness develop on the palate, followed by a savory finish of roasted spice.

Serving suggestions
Try neat to explore the different grains, then add a little water or one large cube. An Old Fashioned with restrained syrup and orange peel complements the toasted sugar and spice.
