Maestro Gerardo Ruelas pit cooks the desert spoon with black oak, crushes by hand, wild ferments in oak vats and double distills in copper, producing a concentrated expression with both savory and sweet notes.
Tasting Notes
Dried grass, mineral and light smoke lead the nose. Sunflower seeds and caramel emerge on the palate, with a medium-to-full body and a velvety finish.
