About this bottle
Rogue Morimoto American Single Malt honors chef Masaharu Morimoto with selected barrels from the Oregon producer. The mash is entirely malted barley, with 10% smoked over cherry and alder wood. Brewed near Rogue's distillery in Newport, the wash becomes a whiskey matured in new American oak with a No. 3 char.
