About this bottle
Rabbit Hole Mizunara Founder's Collection starts with selected fifteen-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon and adds a finish in Japanese Mizunara oak. The unusual wood contributes an aromatic dimension to the mature bourbon foundation. This listing does not guarantee a release year, bottle number or fixed proof; the series has appeared at different cask strengths.
Tasting notes
Nutmeg, walnut and leather-like aromas meet honey, mint and orange. Oak and tobacco notes frame custard, banana and cinnamon on the palate, with floral accents, dark cherry and chocolate through the long finish.
