Perro Verde Espadín Mezcal brings traditionally made Oaxacan agave spirit to a convenient 375ml format. Perro Verde's signature Espadín is made from plants allowed to mature for about five to seven years. The agave is roasted in conical pits with volcanic stones and Huizache wood, crushed by a horse-powered mill, naturally fermented in wooden vessels and distilled in copper. The result balances vivid fruit, subtle smoke and fresh herbal complexity.
