About this bottle
Pearse Founder's Choice is a double-oak Irish single malt aged for a minimum of twelve years. It begins maturation in former bourbon barrels, then is re-casked halfway through its life into Town Branch Bourbon barrels, adding another layer of American-oak influence to the mature malt.
Tasting Notes
Custard and crème brûlée richness meet fruit-forward single malt character. Soft bourbon-cask oak adds vanilla, caramelized sweetness and gentle spice around a mature, rounded palate.
