About this bottle
Partida Roble Fino Añejo begins with tequila matured for eighteen months in ex-bourbon barrels. A further five months in former single-malt casks seasoned with sherry adds another layer of fruit and wood. The double maturation creates a concentrated sipping expression, bottled at a fuller 45% ABV.
Tasting notes
Sweet dried-fruit notes lead into toasted oak and chocolate. Cooked agave remains present beneath the richer barrel character, with a substantial texture and a long, warm finish.

Serving suggestions
Begin with a small neat pour, then add a few drops of water to explore the agave and fruit. A large cube gives gradual dilution, while dark chocolate complements the deeper oak notes.
