About this bottle
Parrot Bay Coconut 90 Proof combines Caribbean rum with coconut flavor in a higher-strength tropical expression. At 45% ABV, this bottling is substantially stronger than the lower-proof coconut offerings sold under similar branding. It is the 90-proof rum in a 750ml bottle, not a ready-to-drink cocktail.
Tasting notes
Sweet coconut leads the aroma and palate, with a softly creamy flavor impression. Crisp rum character supports the tropical notes, followed by a warming finish that reflects the fuller bottling strength.

Serving suggestion
Use measured pours with pineapple juice and fresh lime, or mix with soda for a lighter coconut highball. Account for the 90-proof strength and adjust dilution and added sweetness to taste.
