Palomo Espadín is an artisanal mezcal from Santiago Matatlán, Oaxaca. Made by mezcalero Carlos Méndez Blas, it follows traditional agave cooking and copper-pot distillation. The unaged spirit is presented at 46% ABV in a one-liter bottle, giving it enough agave intensity for both sipping and mixed drinks.
Tasting Notes
Cooked agave and citrus lead the aroma, supported by earth and gentle smoke. The palate combines agave sweetness, mineral notes and peppery spice, finishing dry with lingering citrus peel and smoke.
