About this bottle

Paladar Reposado Tempranillo starts with estate-grown Blue Weber agave, slow-cooked in brick ovens and fermented in open-air pine vats. Eduardo Orendain Jr. oversees double distillation in copper and stainless-steel pot stills. After an initial rest in oak, the tequila finishes in Tempranillo wine casks, layering wine-influenced fruit and structure over its agave core.

Tasting Notes

Soft red fruit and raisin notes meet a spiced-pear accent. Gentle oak spice and refined tannins bring a lightly dry structure without obscuring the agave.
