Ohishi Port Cask is a distinctive Japanese rice whisky produced by Ohishi Distillery in Kumamoto. Using rice and koji-based fermentation, the whisky matures in a combination of sherry and brandy casks before a finishing period in port casks that adds rich wine-driven layers.
