About this bottle
Oak & Eden Wheat & Spire begins with a wheat-forward bourbon matured in charred American white oak. A seasoned, toasted French-oak spire is then placed inside the bottle, adding another layer of wood influence to the whiskey. The 45% wheat component gives this expression a softer foundation than a rye-led bourbon.
Tasting notes
Butterscotch and creamy, buttery notes lead the palate. Floral spice and peppercorn-like accents from the French oak provide contrast, with a rounded finish that balances sweetness and wood.

Serving suggestions
Serve neat or over a large cube to explore the wheat and oak balance. A restrained Old Fashioned with aromatic bitters complements the butterscotch, while fresh lemon adds contrast in a bourbon sour.
