About this bottle
Never Say Die Barrel Strength Bourbon follows an unusual maturation journey: distilled and initially aged in Kentucky, it crosses the Atlantic in barrel and continues maturing in England. This six-year-old, 700ml expression uses the brand's high-rye bourbon recipe and is bottled at barrel strength rather than reduced to the standard Small Batch proof.
Tasting Notes
Caramel sweetness provides the foundation, supported by the gentle peppery spice of the high-rye mash bill. The concentrated whiskey retains a rounded finish, with water allowing the sweeter and spicier elements to separate more clearly.
