About this bottle
Mortlach 16 Year Distiller's Dram presents the distillery's substantial Speyside style with maturation in sherry casks. Sixteen years develop a rich, layered malt that balances fruit with earthy, savory depth. It is the 16-year expression, distinct from Mortlach's younger or older core bottlings.
Tasting notes
Earthy aromas lead into apricot and honey. A leather-like spiciness adds structure to the fuller palate, with mature wood and warm fruit notes carrying through the finish.

Serve neat or over a single large cube to explore the richer spice. A small splash of water can lift the apricot, while dark chocolate complements the sherry-cask depth.
