About this bottle
Misadventure Vodka is made in Vista, California, using excess baked goods as its fermentation base. Five distillations refine that unusual starting material into an unflavored vodka with a smooth, gently rounded profile. The upcycled ingredients are part of the production approach, not a promise that the finished spirit tastes like a specific pastry.
Tasting notes
A soft texture and subtle sweetness give the palate a rounded impression. The flavor remains restrained and clean, with gentle warmth that works well in drinks using fresh citrus or savory ingredients.

Serving suggestions
Serve chilled in a vodka Martini, or pour over ice with soda and a lemon twist. Fresh lime and ginger beer make a bright mule; tomato juice offers a savory Bloody Mary alternative.
