MICO Blanco is made in small batches from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco. Slow cooking in brick ovens develops the agave's sweetness before roller milling, fermentation and double distillation. The clear expression focuses on fresh agave rather than the wine-and-whiskey-barrel influence of MICO's aged tequilas.
