About this bottle

Lobos 1707 Joven combines a brief American-oak rest with a Pedro Ximénez sherry-cask finish. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, it offers a brighter, herbal direction within the brand's tequila range while gaining a subtle extra layer from the finishing cask. This is the Joven tequila, not Lobos 1707 Mezcal.

Tasting notes

Fresh herbs and light floral notes introduce yellow- and orange-pepper impressions. Marcona-almond, white-pepper and melon-like notes fill the palate, with a smooth, gently spicy finish.

Serving suggestions

Serve over ice with mineral water and fresh lime, or use in a Margarita with restrained sweetening. A neat tasting pour highlights the contrast between herbal agave and the wine-cask influence.
