About this bottle
La Higuera Palmilla is a tiny-production Sonoran spirit made from Dasylirion wheeleri by bacanora producer Sinohe Chacón. In Sonora, both the plant and spirits made from it are commonly called Palmilla. The desert spoon is cooked underground, hand chopped, fermented in tinaco and twice distilled in stainless steel and copper.
