The exact UPC on this listing identifies the bottle as an ensamble of local Dasylirion wheeleri durangense and Dasylirion cedrosanum, not a single-varietal Cedrosanum release. The plants are cooked in an underground conical pit, milled by machete and mechanical mill, wild fermented in buried pine vats and double distilled in copper.
