About this bottle
Knob Creek 9 Year Kentucky Straight Bourbon delivers the brand's full-bodied style at 100 proof. Nine years in charred white-oak barrels build substantial wood character and rounded sweetness, giving this core expression a firm structure for sipping or mixing. It is the standard 9-year bottling, not a higher-proof single-barrel selection.
Tasting notes
Rich oak leads the aroma, followed by sweet grain and barrel-derived sweetness. Woody, lightly fruity flavors fill the palate, with a long, warming finish that retains the bourbon's oak depth.

Serving suggestion
Try neat, then add a few drops of water or a large cube. Its strength and barrel character make it a dependable choice for an Old Fashioned or Manhattan.
