About this bottle
Knappogue Castle 12 Year Cognac Cask Finish is a limited Irish single malt expression. Triple-distilled malt whiskey is aged in ex-bourbon barrels before an additional finish in Cognac casks, adding a French oak influence to its elegant Irish profile.
Tasting Notes
Biscuity malt, orchard fruit and soft spice are joined by gentle dried fruit, oak and a rounded, warming finish.
