About this bottle
Jefferson's Tropics Aged in Humidity is a Kentucky straight bourbon finished through exposure to Singapore's equatorial heat and humidity. The unusual tropical maturation environment deepens the spirit's interaction with oak and creates a rich, layered pour.
Tasting Notes
Cinnamon and clove aromas lead to cherry, toffee and a hint of sea salt, followed by a full, textured finish.
Specifications
Style: Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey; finishing environment: tropical Singapore humidity; 750ml bottle.
Serving Suggestions
Enjoy neat or on a large cube; its bold oak-and-spice character works beautifully in an Old Fashioned.
