About this bottle
California Dreamgin' takes James Gin in a savory, earthy direction with girolle mushrooms, oregano and patchouli. Created as a tribute to California but produced in England, it retains a juniper foundation while exploring botanicals seldom found together in a conventional gin.
Tasting Notes
Girolle mushrooms bring a light fruity-peppery note with an apricot accent. Patchouli contributes earthy, woody depth, while oregano adds a savory herbal layer. Coriander and lemon peel supply citrus and spice that keep the profile lively.
