About this bottle
Ilegal Reposado Mezcal adds American-oak character to the brand's roasted-agave spirit. Barrel resting rounds the palate and introduces gentle sweetness without removing the smoky mezcal foundation. It offers a softer, more wood-accented alternative to Ilegal Joven while remaining lighter than the longer-aged Añejo.
Tasting notes
Roasted agave and smoke mingle with pear and orange impressions. Clove, vanilla and butterscotch build a rounded palate, leading into a balanced finish of spice, fruit and wood.

Serving suggestion
Start with a small neat pour or serve over a large cube. In a mezcal Old Fashioned, use restrained sweetening and orange peel to complement the vanilla, fruit and smoky finish.
