About this bottle
Horse Soldier Commander's Select VI is the sixth release in the brand's limited series of mature bourbons. Selected from Kentucky stocks aged for twelve years in a Bardstown rickhouse, the high-rye whiskey is blended and bottled at barrel strength. It is a separate release from the younger Commander's Select VII.
Tasting Notes
Grain character leads, supported by a lively rye-spice accent. Nutty flavors and caramelized toffee develop across a concentrated palate, with a light fruit note and mature oak through the finish.
