About this bottle
High N' Wicked Warlander blends Kentucky straight rye and bourbon in a collaboration with artist Chris Benchetler. Two rye components supply 83% of the blend, while bourbon contributes the remaining 17%. After blending, the whiskey returns to barrel for just over two months before bottling at 99 proof. This is an American whiskey, not an Irish whiskey or wine-cask-finished release.
Tasting Notes
Vanilla-like confectionery notes, tangerine and grain lead into brown sugar, fresh apple and grilled peach. Citrus oil, leather and baking spice develop on the palate, with cherry, pepper and cocoa on the finish.
