About this bottle
Rose Tattoo is the tenth release in High N' Wicked's Limited Singular Series. Triple-distilled from County Carlow malted barley at Royal Oak Distillery, the Irish single malt matures in bourbon barrels before an eight-month finish in French oak casks previously used for Famiglia Pasqua Amarone wine. It is bottled without chill filtration at 119.8 proof.
Tasting Notes
Caramelized pear, apple pastry and candied cherry meet brown sugar and herbal floral notes. Cocoa and honey-butter impressions lead the full-bodied palate, with black tea and red-wine tannins providing a dry, structured finish.
