About this bottle
Hard Truth Sweet Mash Bourbon marks the Indiana distillery's grain-to-glass bourbon program. Rather than using a portion of a previous fermentation, each batch begins with a fresh sweet mash to showcase the character of the grains.
Tasting Notes & Flavor Profile
Hard Truth describes aromas of caramel, pecan, clove, fruit and oak, with toffee, cherry and sweet cream on the palate. Coffee, vanilla and oak linger on the finish.
