About this bottle
Gun Fighter Double Cask Bourbon is aged first in new American oak, then finished in used French oak casks that previously held California port-style wine. The secondary maturation adds dark-fruit richness and extra complexity to the bourbon’s sweet grain and oak foundation.
Tasting notes
Sweet bourbon notes meet blackberry and black-currant-like fruit, with gentle tannin, spice and a lightly nutty finish.

Serving suggestions
Serve neat or over a large cube. The dark-fruit finish also works well in an Old Fashioned with restrained syrup and aromatic bitters.
