Still Waldos 2025 is a collaboration between Griffo Distillery and neighboring Lagunitas Brewing Company in Petaluma, California. Griffo ferments the malted-barley mash used for Lagunitas' Waldos beer, adds hops during copper-pot distillation and matures the spirit for five years in American oak from cooperage Seguin Moreau.
