About this bottle
Glen Garioch Founder's Reserve is a Highland single malt honoring the distillery's founders and its 1797 origins. Bourbon and sherry casks shape a full-bodied style bottled at 48% ABV. The number 1797 refers to the distillery's founding year, not a distillation vintage or the age of this whisky.
Tasting notes
Orchard fruit, creamy vanilla and green-apple freshness sit alongside gently toasted malt. Citrus and a soft spicy edge carry the palate into a rounded oak finish.

Serving suggestion
Try neat first, then add a few drops of water to open the fruit and malt. Its fuller strength also holds up well in a short Scotch highball.
