About this bottle
Garrison Brothers Cask Strength Single Barrel Bourbon preserves the intensity of a single Texas-aged barrel without reducing it to the standard 94-proof bottling strength. This listing is specifically the 122.2-proof expression. The producer's cask-strength program uses barrels aged for at least three years, with each barrel developing its own character.
Tasting Profile
The producer describes the cask-strength style as bold and full-bodied, with a rich texture and a subtle honey-like sweetness on the finish. Individual barrels differ, so these describe the expression's general profile rather than a numbered barrel tasting.
