About this bottle
Full Curl Port Cask Finished Bourbon moves a mature bourbon into Port-seasoned casks for a second stage of wood influence. Part of the Barrel Finished Series, the expression pairs bourbon sweetness with the dark-fruit character associated with Port, then is bottled at 90 proof.
Tasting Notes
Vanilla and caramel lead into blackberry and plum. Dark-chocolate accents and baking spice add depth, while fine oak tannins keep the fruit-rich palate from feeling overly sweet.

Serving Suggestions
Sample neat or over a large ice cube to explore the wine-cask influence. In an Old Fashioned, reduce the added syrup so the fruit notes remain balanced.
